After experiencing a tumultuous relationship that led her down a challenging path, Bertha found herself serving a 14-month prison sentence. Reflecting on her experiences, she realized that she had allowed herself to be consumed by a toxic dynamic, driven by what she now candidly refers to as being "dickmatized."

 

During her time behind bars, Bertha embarked on a journey of self-discovery and reflection. Determined to rise above her circumstances, she immersed herself in self-help books, therapy sessions, and personal development exercises.
